Fantasía W Radio spent six years as a webcast before Mexican regulators granted it a rare social use concession in 2016, turning it into a community station that now reaches 14 municipalities from Zitácuaro, the gateway town to Michoacán's Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve.
