Radio Latina streams salsa, bachata, reggaeton, and other Latin genres live from Paris, bringing the sound of Latin America to French listeners in French-language programming. You can stream it free anytime on Radio Shuffle.
France's First Independent Latin Music Station
Radio Latina describes itself as the first independent radio station built in Île-de-France around a straightforward idea: a dedicated home for Latin American music in a country where that sound had no real foothold on the dial. According to profiles of the station, it broadcasts on 99.0 FM in Paris and on additional frequencies across France, including Annecy, Corte, Limoges, and Troyes, reaching roughly 400,000 listeners a day across those signals combined.
Built to Last Through a Changing Industry
What has kept Radio Latina relevant for decades is less about any single hit song and more about consistency: a steady diet of salsa, bachata, and reggaeton delivered in French, aimed squarely at a French audience that wanted Latin music presented in its own language rather than imported wholesale from Spanish-language broadcasters. As radio listening shifted toward streaming, the station expanded into free internet broadcasting across smartphones, tablets, and computers, extending a regional FM presence into a global one without abandoning its original format.
What You'll Actually Hear
Expect a continuous rotation of salsa, bachata, and reggaeton alongside other popular Latin genres, framed for listeners discovering the music for the first time as much as for longtime fans who already know every chorus.
