Antenne Bayern Event streams dance, party and current pop hits built for high energy listening, a webradio channel from Germany's most-listened private radio network. It is free to listen right now, anywhere in the world, no account required.
A Network With Decades of Live Event History
Antenne Bayern has never treated events as an afterthought to its FM signal. The station has periodically overhauled its live event concepts to stay connected with younger listeners, retiring older formats like "Beach Clubbing" and "Dance on Snow" in favor of new initiatives built around club and DJ culture, according to trade press coverage of one such overhaul. One such push, a DJ competition tour called "The Beat," was built specifically to reach 16 to 25 year olds and turn the station into something young people would actually talk about, pairing a dedicated Saturday evening programme exploring DJ culture with a search for new talent, backed by in-house creative work from the station's event subsidiary Brandarena.
From Live Stages to a Standing Webradio Channel
That same instinct for dance floors and live event energy carries through into Event, a webradio channel that keeps the mood going between the station's actual live shows. Rather than the news, traffic and talk that fill Antenne Bayern's main FM signal, Event sticks to a single job: dance, party and up-tempo pop built for a crowd, whether that crowd is physically at one of the network's events or just listening at home.
Part of a Much Larger Network
Event sits alongside dozens of other genre and mood specific webradio streams run by Antenne Bayern, Germany's widest reaching private radio station, headquartered in Ismaning just outside Munich. Where sister channels like Relax or Chillout aim to calm things down, Event does the opposite, built for listeners who want their radio to match the pace of a night out rather than a quiet evening in.
